Occasionally, provinces will change the amounts paid for services performed.
This type of change is easily done by WINK users who have Super Privileges (like your office administrator or owner of your practice).
The process is the same for ALL provinces, but for demonstration purposes, we will use OHIP (Ontario Health Insurance Plan) to demonstrate how to change the fees charged to the province.
- SUPPLIERS >> EYE EXAMS & OTHER SERVICES
- A list of the services set up in your database will appear. For demonstration purposes, we will concentrate on the OHIP codes displayed in the red box below ... but this could apply to any service code.
- Access the specific code to be changed and Edit the Default Price:
- The "Edit" button will change to a "SAVE" button. Don't forget to Save the change.
That's all there is to it! Now, whenever your province makes a change to the fees paid to you for services performed, or you wish to change the prices you charge for self-paid services, you will know how to make these changes yourself! It's easy!
