Once your add-on is activated, setup your automation:
Choose:
- The method of communication (email or SMS)
- The recipients (patients or employees)
- Your custom template
- Frequency at which these automations should go out
- One or several filters (store(s), patient type, average spending, invoice value, age, etc.), based on date of recall, last invoice, last job status, etc.
You can choose to exclude patients that are already booked in your calendar or who were previously contacted for whatever reason. In the case of an automated communication that was set up to senf out when an order is ready to be picked up by your customer, you can choose to send only when all jobs are flagged as ready.
Upon signing up for this add-on, a WINK trainer will assist you on setting the first few automations to get you confortable creating your automations in the future.
