Remote Support

Question: How do I access remote support in WINK, should I require help in WINK?

Answer: On the main page of WINK click on Help and scroll down to, “Technician Remote Control”.

Click on that link another box will appear requiring a six-digit code that will be provided by the WINK Support Technician.

After entering the sis-digit number, various pop-ups will appear.  Always answer "Yes" or "Allow" to each pop-up.  This allows the WINK Support Technician to gain access to your computer.  The WINK Support Technician will end the on-line access to your computer when the issue is resolved, or the call has ended.
