Question: Whenever we try sending an email from WINK, we get a message box with an error that reads: Error Printing:javax.mail.AuthenticationFailedException. What can we do to fix this?
Answer: This type of error message usually occurs when either the password has changed for your Gmail account but hasn't been updated within WINK or you must allow 'Less Secure Apps' within your Gmail settings.
