Does your premium support package include Data Transfer?
Answer:
Premium Support includes "Data Upload". So if you can get your data into one of our spreadsheets, we can upload it for you, no problem. Premium support also includes 14 hours of training for you and your colleagues (more than enough I assure you) and, of course, it also means you can call us anytime for any support you need related to the software.
Premium Support does not include "Data Migration". That is charged at $175/hour. We can normally get it done in 4-5 hours. We'd be happy to schedule a call with you to provide you with a quote for that service. We will remotely access your computer, spend 30 minutes or so reviewing your database structure, and then send you a quote to migrate the data.
