Export Email Addresses To Excel

Question:

How can I pull the new email addresses that we've collected out of WINK in order to do a Mailchimp Blast?

Answer:

1. Click on “Find Patient” (A3)
2. In the filters on the left side of the window: Limit Search Results: “ALL” + “ALL STORES”
3. Click on “Find” (allow up to 30 seconds for data to load)
4. Bottom right of the window, click on “Export”

WINK will export by default to Microsoft Excel. If you are having trouble exporting to another software, download the free trial version of Excel from Microsoft and it will work.
