Importing Frames

Question:

How do I import a .csv file into the frames database? I have a large file from Safilo that includes all their frames info and I want to be able to add it to the WINK database. I will attach a sample from the larger file for you to see.

Answer:

1.      You must first have a private database.  You cannot import data into the public database.  A private database is free.  To create one, just select “Create Private database” at the login screen.

2.      Once you’ve created your private database, you will be sent 3 emails, one of which contains a link to a spreadsheet.  Simply copy/paste your frames data into that spreadsheet.  WINK will then import the data from that spreadsheet into your private database at a one-time cost of $25.

3.      Alternatively, you can send WINK your .csv file, in whatever format it is currently in, and we will organize and import the data for you at a cost of $75/hour (minimum 1-hour).
