If you are unable to send RAMQ claims via WINK and getting this error in the batch claims:
Echec de l'accès au WSDL à https://ww4.prod.ramq.gouv.qc.ca/RFP/RFP_ServeSusRemuact/NM/NMA_Recvr_GereEchgElctrB2B_svc/ServGereEchgElctrB2B.svc?wsdl avec Server redirected too many times (20))..
Or this error after validating your password in Company>>Insurance Accounts:
Error:The server sent HTTP status code 401: Unauthorized
Your online access password needs to be updated?
RAMQ passwords do not need to be reset every time you change your password in the RAMQ portal.
You only have to enter you AGP number and password once.
Then you HAVE to click on Validate.
You must click on VALIDATE and keep your AGP number (without the added letter) and your password. It will NOT work, until you click validate.
In WINK>>Company>>Insurance Account
- Open the account for which you need to update the password>>Edit
- Remove the last letter from the AGP account number (ex: AGP12345A -> AGP12345)
- Click on Validate
When validation is successful, you'll get a pop up saying that the account was validated and AGP12345 will become AGP12345B)
You can only validate ONCE and you need to make sure that your personal password did not expire before generating the "machine id".
