How to Redeem a WINK Gift Card

Question: I've sold a $100 gift card to a patient, they've now come back to redeem it. How do I apply this gift card towards their purchase?

Answer: Now that your patient would like to redeem their gift card, follow these steps:

Find Patient >> Select >> Create New Invoice

1. Create an invoiced based on what the patient is purchasing
2. Click on “Gift Cards” button (WINK v. 6.00.12.02 or higher)
3. Type gift card number and click search (Or Swipe Card)
4. Specify the card redemption amount (can redeem the full amount or a partial)
5. Click “Redeem Now”
6. Print Invoice for Patient
